Animals Insects

Straw bale badger hide in area called "Brockfield"
Surrounded by white poplar trees.
The badgers are most active at dawn and dusk, although we have seen a female & 2 cubs sauntering up the grass path by "Coppice" at 3p.m.
They like peanuts.
They have been seen dragging straw from a neighbouring field over the lane in front of the 2 rustic benches and back to their Setts in the paper pulp hillocks.
There are several Setts on the lower and upper pitches (Forever behind Strawberry Fields)
mind you don't trip into the holes.
